Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical equipment.
Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and medication management.
Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Adhere to infection control policies and other safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical care as required.
Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on nursing practices and standards.
Qualifications:
Valid Nursing License as per local regulations.
Diploma or degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or GNM preferred).
Minimum 2 years of hospital experience in a clinical setting.
Completion of CBT (Competency-Based Test) for nurses and registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) is an added advantage.
Possession of Medical Certificates and proof of fitness to practice.
Submission of Degree Certificate and relevant Training Certificates during the application process.
